Project managers coordinate all aspects of the homebuilding process. Trask's land development and site preparation experience, along with investments in new equipment, trucks, excavation equipment and technical devices assures timely scheduling on each custom built home.

At a time when many builders have gone out of business or are struggling, Trask Development has continued to thrive and grow. We fund our own deals, design the homes, and build them. We work hard to stay on top of new technologies – ensuring any home we build retains its value over time.

Trask Development Principals

Ben Stevens, Founder and Owner of Trask Development, Inc., is licensed with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A graduate of Harvard University (1988), Ben received continuing education in construction management from Harvard University School of Design. Ben has extensive experience in construction, permitting process, and an in-depth knowledge of local and national regulations.

Rita Stevens brings extensive corporate expertise to Trask, including a concentration in Insurance, Personnel and Legal matters. Rita received continuing education in local employment regulations, legal practices, and insurance requirements. She also has a special interest in Decorating and Color coordination.
